Allow your device to take off at full capacity with preheating technology. If you like to vape at higher temperatures you know it can sometimes take awhile to get your device to a desired temp. This prefeat function start you off right at the perfect vapor production and taste you want within the time period you set. This is especially useful if you use RDA, RTA, clapton coils or ceramic coils.
Even when outputting at 100W of power the Vibe 100W will last for hours and hours without a recharge. This due to its massive battery capacity of 4400mAh.
Once you’ve taken a few flights with your Vibe 100 it’ll need its regular maintenance. The Vibe tank can be easily removed and disassembled. Making for easy cleaning and maintenance.

TIPS FOR THE VIBE 100
Do not place The Vibe 100 in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
Periodically clean the contacts between The Vibe 100 battery connection and Vibe tank with a cotton swab or light cloth.
If you experience a burnt taste there are a few different things you can do. First check your e-liquid level, if it is low add more e-liquid. If that is not the problem, give 2 quick blows into the mouthpiece without pressing the control button. You can also try turning down the wattage or temperature on your vaporizer. If none of these things work then it is time to replace the atomizer in the tank.
When the battery charge is low, increase the wattage or temperature to increase the vapor production.
Do not overfill the tank with e-liquid or let the e-liquid in the tank completely run out.

If your shipment is damaged by the shipping courier, please file a claim with your local office. Then give us a call so we can send you any parts that were damaged.
For products that just don’t seem to work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective? If you think your e-cig is not working the way it should, please call our Customer Service Ninjas to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective.

Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. But, if you have the electronic cigarette, we would like you to give it a chance. Our Veppo e-cig is the closest product available to the real thing, but there is still some getting used to it. We urge you to be patient and work with our Customer Service Ninjas to help you with your transition. Getting the right flavor and nicotine level you are used to is key in being successful with the e-cig. We are very confident that with our help and your cooperation, we can make your transition to the e-cig a success. If after 30 days of using the e-cig and working with the Ninjas, you strongly feel the e-cig is just not for you, return the product and we will issue you a refund or store credit for 50% of your order.
