Massachusetts bans vaping products

Attention Massachusetts residents...

Vaping products are now banned from being sold or displayed to you.

For those of you who have not seen this breaking news please be advised that MA has, effective immediately, put forth a 4 month ban on all vaping products of any kind. This includes online sales.

Massachusetts Vaping Ban

We urge you to contact your government officials.

Effective immediately.

See below:

https://www.mass.gov/guides/declaration-of-public-health-emergency

“With the goal of protecting the health of Massachusetts residents, and in accordance with Governor Baker’s public health emergency declaration, Dr. Monica Bharel, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, issued the following order:

“The sale or display of all vaping products to consumers in retail establishments, online, and through any other means, including all non-flavored and flavored vaping products, including mint and menthol, including tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and any other cannabinoid, is prohibited in the Commonwealth.””

This is the first state to enact a ban like this.

We expect more to follow.

We imagine that Massachusetts residents will find alternative ways to get their vapes by getting mailboxes in adjoining states or shipping to friends and family.

We regretfully need to tell you that we cannot ship into MA anymore.
