- Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 24 business hours.
- Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com or UPS.You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
- Orders placed after 12 pm mountain time will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
- We now ship to US, UK and Australia. For other countries, please give us a call at 1-888-566-1836.Please see below for shipping costs.
- Shipments to PO boxes will not be deliverable by UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air. Only select Regular Shipping if you are looking to get a package delivered to a PO box. For anything other than "Regular Shipping" you must use a physical address.
U.S. Shipping Costs per Order:
- $7 for Regular Shipping (4-6 business days, trackable)
- $19 for 2nd Day* (2nd day delivery, trackable)
- $35 Next Day* *2nd Day and Next day orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. No Saturday Delivery.
- All orders over $99 will be eligible for Free Shipping if shipped within the US.

- **Please note that some countries may hold shipments in customs for a certain amount of time and may charge customs fees for which you will be responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for packages held in customs. Please check with your local customs agency as no refund will be issued.
- Shipments to Canada: Only non-nicotine products are allowed to be imported into Canada. If you live in Canada and want to purchase Veppo products, you can, but be aware that only no-nicotine is available to be shipped.
- PO Boxes: Shipments to PO boxes will not be deliverable by Express International Post. For Express International Post deliveries you must use a physical address. To get it delivered to a PO box select 'Regular Shipping".
E-Cigarette warranty & returns
We will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your Veppo products. If we make an error with your order, we will correct it right away. If the shipping courier damages your shipment, please file a claim with the carrier and or contact your local office. Then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the claim receipt, and we will then send you a replacement for anything that was damaged.
30 Day Guarantee
Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. However, we encourage you to open the package and give it a try! Even if at first you don’t like it, we urge you to be patient and work with our Customer Service Ninjas to help you with your transition. Getting the right flavor and nicotine level you are used to is key in being successful with your vaporizer. We are confident that with our help and your cooperation, we can make your transition to the vaping a success. If after 30 days of using the e-cig and working with the Ninjas, you strongly feel the e-cig is just not for you, return the product, and we will issue you a refund or store credit for 50% of your order.
